What is the BOND XI?

BOND XI is an invite-only, all-star youth cricket franchise in the United States, dedicated to identifying, developing, and showcasing top emerging cricket talent through exposure to international-standard cricket environments. The organization aims to elevate youth cricket standards and bridge the gap between domestic participation and global high-performance opportunities. Operating as a professionally governed franchise, BOND Elite XI offers elite players a unique, merit-based experience and focuses on enhancing tour quality and sustainability through sponsorships and partnerships.

Our Vision

BOND XI is a premier youth cricket team focused on discovering and nurturing emerging talent in the U.S. Through high-performance training and international tours, we aim to build a cohesive unit of skilled players and create opportunities that bridge local participation with international experience in cricketing nations.

Objective

The long-term objective of BOND Elite XI is to develop confident, resilient players capable of competing in elite

international environments. The program is designed to prepare players for turf wickets, foreign conditions,

stadium settings, and high-pressure competition under lights.

By delivering differentiated, resume-defining international experiences, BOND Elite XI seeks to elevate

individual player trajectories and serve as a credible bridge to higher-level domestic and international

opportunities.

This program exists to raise the ceiling of American youth cricket—one committed, accountable, high-character

player at a time.

The Solution:
A Franchise All-Star Model

BOND Elite XI operates as a professionally governed, role-based, touring franchise, initially partially subsidized and sponsored by BOND Management Partners LLC.

The program is built on merit-based selection, longitudinal team continuity, international touring as a core development pillar, and professional standards in coaching, conduct, preparation, and accountability. The initiative is designed to supplement—not replace—domestic cricket while offering elite players a differentiated, resume-defining experience unavailable within current U.S. structures.

Beginning in 2027 and expanding further in 2028, a key objective of the program will be to increase tour subsidies through aligned commercial sponsorships and strategic partners. The long-term intent is to progressively reduce the financial burden on participating families while improving tour quality, support infrastructure, and overall sustainability.
